Pepe Delgados Mexican - San Luis Obispo

I had a wonderful dining experience at this Mexican restaurant. As expected, they offered a variety of delicious main dishes. I decided to try a margarita and a chicken enchilada, both of which were excellent.

This was my first time here. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the fast service. The food was good , hot, and tasted light which I really liked about this restaurant. The prices are a bit too high, but it might be contributed to being located in a high rent area downtown San Luis Obispo. Everyone was friendly and nice and especially Maria-shes the pretty girl in the Mexican-flag dress. I LL be back for sure.

It’s been a couple of years; but I enjoyed this restaurant a lot. Charming location, authentic “hasn’t changed in years” interior, and one of the biggest burritos (the “Beached Whale” I’ve ever had. Definitely not a “quantity over quality” approach, either.

The amount of food offered at an excellent price was impressive. The service was outstanding. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return. The veggie burrito was particularly delicious, filled with paprika, zucchini, mushrooms, rice, beans, and more.

The service here is incredible! This restaurant offers the best Mexican food on the central coast. My husband's favorite dish is the wet burrito, while I always go for the nachos and they are delicious. The server always remembers us and is consistently friendly and lovely (just like all the staff). They also make my favorite margaritas! Be sure to try the melon flavor.
