What Davidson Pattiz doesn't like about Dave's Hot Chicken:
It was ok. The reaper was not very spicy neither was the extra hot. We?ve tried the location in Indio CA as well as one in LA. Both locations were awesome! Just seemed very light on the heat. They even make sure you sign the reaper waiver. For us no waver should have been required. Overall the restaurant was nice inside and out. We?ll try again in a few. Give them time get the spice down. The food was delicious. I tried a Single Slider, Single Tender, Cheese Fries and Mac Cheese. The breading on the chicken was crispy without being oily. I chose hot and it was! The Mac Mac Cheese was really creamy. They use the same cheese sauce on the Cheese Fries. They were good but not the best. The fries need to be crispier so they dont get soggy so fast.
