Santa Fe Taqueria - Feedback

What Michell G doesn't like about Santa Fe Taqueria:
chile Verde Tacos was hard as rocks, couldn't even pull the meat apart with my hands nor teeth. it lacked flavor, and the fat had weird cartilage on it. it was flat-out disgusting and inedible. the Taco Salad was okay. the barbacoa had to flavor, I'm guessing they ran out and gave me carnitas instead. they were whole, I had tonshred them, there was a lot so I can't really complain. however the chicharones was not fla... Taco Salad was really good. The Al Pastor was tough, though. I added Chicharrones El Salsa and it's not crispy like I expected (not sure if it was suppose to be), but still deliciously fatty.
