The rice needs to be cooked more longer it was raw when I got my burrito

The restaurant closed its doors 10 minutes early and refused to accept my EBT card at the drive-through, despite there still being approximately 5 customers dining inside. The management was poor and the customer service was even worse. I am very disappointed.

On Thursday night, my family and I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When we arrived around 7:45pm, half of the dining room was already closed, even though they were supposed to be open until 9pm. Despite this, we decided to stay. The order taker was rude and seemed tired, and the cook was upset. When we ordered, we were told they had run out of chicken breast and would not be making more, even though it was not even 8pm yet. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced and I will never be returning. The food we received was bland, cold, and poorly presented, and we had spent $44. As we ate, a staff member with a bad attitude was cleaning around us. This place was a disaster and I regret ever going there. I do not recommend it at all.

We got some El Pollo Loco coupons in the mail and so came here to try it out, and it didn’t disappoint. We ordered their fire-grilled chicken pieces meal. The chicken was fairly moist, tender and tasty. We also tried their beef quesadilla which was also good. The coupons gave us a significant discount, and after we placed our order, we were given more coupons. We’ll for sure come back with them.
