Harvey's - San Francisco

Sadly, the restaurant has shut down. The combination of menu changes and significantly increased prices led to the downfall of this business. It is now an abandoned eyesore on a prime location in the city.

The menu is not extensive, but the dishes are excellent and reasonably priced.

Such a great bar. Great tribute to Harvey Milk. David is a wonderful bartender. Had me laughing and engaged. Had the best conversation and fun in our time in San Francisco. Hope to be back soon!Food: 5/5

I attended a year-end event at this restaurant for the first time. It was held from 5-7pm. The food was quite good overall, with the French fries, chicken wings, and chicken nuggets being decent but not exceptional. The sliders, however, were fantastic. The BBQ beef, chicken, hamburger, and vegan options were all satisfying enough to make me want more. The seating was comfortable, and the space was great for a group gathering without disturbing other customers. The drinks were also very good. There were 25 people in our group, and many of us stayed to hang out after the event. I would definitely recommend it as a spot to meet friends for a night out. The restaurant is in a great location in the Castro. As for vegetarian options, we tried the vegan sliders which were very tasty.

I had personal property stolen when here last. This establishment is a hotbed for thievery. Watch your wallets….and cover your drinks.
