This shopping center in San Francisco is really nice. I've visited several times before, but I never had the opportunity to go all the way to the top. Today, I finally took the escalators up to the highest level and the dome, and it was such a fun experience. I highly recommend visiting when you have some free time in the city—it's a great spot to spend an afternoon. View all feedback.
Very upscale indoor mall with 6 levels of stores. It is anchored by Nordstrom and bloomingdale's. The place is very nice but being in the middle is SF parking is a hassle. You have to go to a paid multilevel parking lot. Food choices are limited. Being in a generally bad neighborhood many individual stores have their own security guards (don't worry it is safe inside)
This shopping center is very clean and you definitely feel safe shopping here. The dome is very beautiful and the staffs were very polite and friendly. The rooftop terrace was a good place for al fresco dining. During this pandemic, they observe health protocols properly. So, I enjoyed shopping and eating here. I love strolling here and see what's new to this mall. I will recommend this shop to all of my family and friends.
A nice mall with all the major retailers. Worth a visit especially during the holidays.
Nice mall, fair number of stores. Decent food selections.
In my humble opinion, this is easily the best mall in San Francisco. It features some of my favorite stores, including Kiehl's, Zara, Nordstrom, Club Monaco, Ted Baker, and Banana Republic, just to name a few. The food court offers a delightful selection, and you can't go wrong with Auntie Anne's pretzels and lemonade while you shop. My favorite time to visit is definitely during Christmas; it feels truly magical as the mall transforms into a winter wonderland, something I eagerly anticipate each year.
