What User doesn't like about Club Residencial:
Went inside one of the apartments it was very nice not a lot of cabinet space the pool was like you're in a fish bowl where everybody could see you from the surrounding apartments. The reason I gave it three stars was I left out of there about 8:15 and you could hear the live band next door and the motorcycles coming up and down the street this is not exactly the quietest of neighborhoods keep that in mind if you cho... The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Fritz and Beatrice, Property Manager, always there to help. The floors are well maintained and the landscape mature and lazy. If you want to be calm, this is here. Charlys Bar and restaurant is wonderful. A true sense of communion. Sammy will make you the best breakfast while Charly pours you coffee and always ensures that you are happy and take care of it. Love the family atmosphere this property values and suggests.

Center of Sosua, with its own restoran on the place, very secour gated resort, quiet and private without noise has two pool and lush vegetation... It is close to two beach (5-10 min walk), Playa Alicia and Playa Sosua, to all the bars and restorans, supermercado Playero and Super Pola... Condos with 1 or 2 bedrooms, batroom, full kitchen all equiped, rent by night, short or long term, not to expensive

Nice staff, clean Hotel nothing fancy just the basic with parking up front , your basically walking distance from everything. With internet WiFi. Nice Pool area .
