There were also mistakes in... read more The service was poor and unprofessional, the burgers were flavorless and burnt, the pasta was overcooked, and there was a long wait. There were also mistakes in the bill. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I will not be returning. I asked to speak to the manager but was told to wait. I do not recommend this restaurant.

T... read more Before the owner or the boss writes anything, they were given plenty of opportunities to make this right. I've been in the service industry for over 25 years. This place is usually great but today they fell short. I feel I have no other recourse than to write a review. Went there with a group of 6. We all ordered drink and meals. Everyone's meals came promptly except 1. We waited about 15 minutes. Then I got up and asked where the food was because we were about 1/2 way through our meal, amd one of the dishes haven't come out. The wait staff blew me off told me it coming. Then I noticed the wait staff looking, smirking and laughing. 1/2 after everyone else's meals were served, and the table almost finished eating, still no food. I get up and ask one of the security to speak to the manager, or owner, or boss. I asked 6 or seven times. I even google translated it. Finally someone comes up amd asked.me whats wrong. I ask if they are the boss, he says no, but he speaks English. I tell him we've been waiting for that one meal for a long time, the staff is sitting there laughing at me. He looks up the table and says, it's been 55 minutes. He takes off someplace. I'm wondering what is going on. I sit down and wait, and wait, and wait. Almost a 1/2 hour later, the food comes out. 1 and 1/2 hours after we ordered and about an hour after the rest of the table received their meal. We finish eating, and wouldn't you know. Not even an apology, not even a comp. Never got to speak to anyone in charge. So we paid and I left. I hate to say this, because i usually tip 15% even with bad service, but no tip for the rude staff laughing at me.
