Kosmos Burgers - San Dimas

Rude, slow service and average food. It's OK if you have plenty of time to wait and don't feel like driving any further. I sat at the order box for quite a while before the cashier said anything. When I pulled up to the window, it was over 10 minutes before she acknowledged me. I could see that there were no customers inside or outside; she was just filling ice, wiping down counters, etc. Nothing was wrong with the chicken sandwich, but there was nothing special about it either. I've been in the neighborhood of this restaurant for years. The drive-through girls are always very pretty, but often inept and poorly trained. The manager always has sexy posters in view of the customers. They're not offensive, but, after seeing this for almost twenty years, I'm pretty sure the manager or owner hires pretty faces and just hopes the girls will figure out the training on their own.

All burgers, sandwiches and Greek chicken salad plates are delicious and moist.

This is a popular place for people to meet at for ritual meals.

Sour dough toast stale, has browns overcooked. Everything taste like yesterday's food. Bacon was so tasteless and nasty. Never again.

Too many dirty dishes showing to the public. They need to rethink that whole dirty dish return. Food was great!! Price was great!! Service great tooo! .....but....restrooms and hallway neg.... .....
