Highly recommended! The atmosphere, food, and service come together to create a perfect, joyful experience. The food is excellent, especially the homemade snacks. All the dishes I ordered were perfect, so I will definitely be back to try more next time!
The yakitori menu at this restaurant is straightforward, but each skewer is of amazing quality. This is true to tradition. Don't overlook the seasonal appetizers, they are a must-try! Though the place is small, the service was excellent.
Taisho is hands down the best Yakitori spot in town. Every time I try Yakitori elsewhere, I always find myself wishing I was back at Taisho. The only downside is that it has become quite popular and getting a reservation can be quite difficult. I've had to drive all the way from downtown a few times, only to be told they were fully booked.

They didn't have hot sauce, but they had a chili sauce and powder that I mixed in to enhance the flavors. Overall, I highly recommend trying this unique and flavorful restaurant, located in a strip mall. You won't be disappointed!
The atmosphere is incredible, the Yakitori is cooked perfectly, I enjoyed the Pacific oysters, and the limited edition cold sake was a nice touch.
