An experience you won't forget... Until you visit again. Definitely worth trying if you haven't done omakaze. A modern take on their creative sushi with an intimate setting. You can go for 30 minutes or 90, your choice but the price will match. Grab some sake to go with the sushi and the night is yours! View all feedback.

What Jada Breitenberg dislikes about Hidden Fish:
The price was reasonable and overall it was decent. However, I was hoping for a more authentic sushi experience. Some of the sushi options didn't appeal to me as I'm not a fan of raw or aged fish that have been grilled. View all feedback.

The rice was not great, as it was overcooked and too soft, resulting in a mushy consistency. There was also an excessive amount of vinegar. However, the fish was delicious and the flavor combinations were well-executed.

My wife and I made a reservation for the omakase at this restaurant. Our experience was fantastic and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. Our chef, Steven, and server, Joshua, took great care of us. We decided to have a bottle of sake with our omakase, which paired perfectly with each course. Every dish that the chef prepared was amazing and delicious. We enjoyed every single course, and even ordered extra at the end. The omakase may be expensive, but it is definitely worth it. Having had quality sushi at fish markets in Japan, we can confidently say that this restaurant's omakase is on par with Japan's quality. We will definitely return for another omakase experience.

My first Omakase and oh my goodness it was a great experience. They encourage you to eat with your hands so I didn’t take very many photos.. when you first walk in, it’s a little chilly but that’s because they meet to maintain the temperature inside for the fish. The first dish is a snow crab with a pea cream and roe on top. The snow crab was perfectly cooked, the pea cream was so soft, and surprisingly delicious! I also got a picture of the Uni+ikura was so creamy, I had never had uni before but I loved it! And the toro tartar was the last bit we got and I thought it was okay.. I really enjoyed the Golden Red Snapper, Albacore, Bluefin Tuna and the O Taro. As the chef creates the next roll the consist of more and more juicy and fatty pieces and by the end of the night, the second to last bit (O Toro) basically melted in your mouth… I almost ordered it again but I was so full by the end of the meal. The chef doesn’t talk too much but will answer questions you have and also tell you what he is serving you and where it is from. The bathroom was super clean. And price wise, with a drink you’re looking at about $180 with tip per person. This was a great experience and I highly recommend trying omakasa at least once.

One of the best meals I’ve had. Went here on a date and loved how small and intimate it was. Our chef was amazing. We are still dreaming of the tuna.
