Wendy's - San Diego

It had been years since I last visited this franchise, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and size of their burgers. They were very delicious!

In my opinion, the food at this restaurant has been average at best. Some dishes have been dry and not very tasty. There have also been instances where my order was not filled correctly. The customer service has also been lacking. Overall, this is not a top-notch spot and could benefit from improvements in the areas of food quality and freshness, customer service, and order accuracy.

Maria was great at making sure my son's and I had our food nice and hot and weren't waiting too long.

I had a wonderful day until I visited this Wendy's location. The woman working in the drive-thru had the worst attitude I have ever encountered in a restaurant. She should receive coaching from her manager on proper customer service. If she is unable to perform her job effectively, she should be let go. I placed my order at 5:35 pm on October 4th, 2023. This employee's behavior truly ruined my day.

To day I had a carelessly made Dave's Single Combo. I ordered it on the app just outside the. eatery. In the time it took to make sure my car was secure and walk inside my order was ready. My burger while visually unappealing was tasty. I love it that Wendy's doesn't peel thier potatoes, which to me makes a superior fry. Now it I could get them to serve them HOT. The resturant had pop music playing in the background. I felt that even even with the $2 off offer $9.36 is way to much to pay for a quarter pound burger medium fries and medium drink. The service was adequate but not friendly. Other than that not a terrible dinning experience.
