Two Paddles Fish Grill - San Diego

I was thrilled to discover this restaurant after they moved from Encinitas! We visited for breakfast and absolutely loved it! The family running the place is wonderful, and we felt completely at home. We wish them all the luck in the world—they truly deserve it! The food and their warm hospitality make the trip to Hillcrest well worth it for this new adventure!

This restaurant has a rustic charm and a no-frills atmosphere, located just off the main road. However, the food is absolutely incredible! The portions are generous, and the seafood is fresh and perfectly cooked. The clam chowder is among the best we've ever tasted! We will definitely be returning.

Freaking amazing fish tacos and ceviche! Will be back again and again!

I really enjoyed this place! We decided to try something new and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of the fresh fish at a reasonable price. We ordered sandwiches that, when cut in half, were substantial enough to feel like two sandwiches. We chose the chipotle marinade, which was delicious and had just the right kick of spice. The homemade fries were fantastic as well. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we will definitely return.

Lobster bacon mac and cheese and the garlic butter mahi mahi were amazing! Excellent service, large portions, and friendly staff. Definitely will be coming back for more.
