I stopped here to get a Chai while walking around the area. It's a good sized coffee shop with chairs and tables inside the shop as well as outside. There is a public bathroom. The inside mood felt vintage but updated. The menu is fairly limited but had basic coffee and tea drinks. There were a few pastries but not too many left. I think the limited supply was due to the afternoon hour.Sadly my Chai was not good. I ha... View all feedback.
What Kathleen K doesn't like about Twiggs Coffee House:

Have been coming to this place for 20 years. Long term staff are super friendly. Ownership changed last year and the new owners need better customer service skills! I know they like all service industry outlets) are having a hard time filling positions but sad to see some staff with no customer service skills. Came in one afternoon at the Park Street location and waited 4 minutes at counter before the two staff people saw me . They were too busy chatting about “that band”. The cakes and pastries are delicious at both locations ! Park street AM staff are tops !
This coffee shop is an established spot in the community.. you can feel the love, see the love, and know you are loved just as you are. There are games, cards, social groups, meeting spots, the most incredible butter biscuits, holy cow wonderful ..The staff here are welcoming... Seriously there is just love all around this place
A lovely little cafe/coffee shop with even lovelier staff! As a visiter to the area i was overwhelmed with ever new shop I entered. The Baristas on staff at the time, Trenton and Angela were so patience, sweet and helpful! I was brave and got the iced pistachio and orange chia latte with oat milk! It was a balance of sweet and nutty and kept me cool later when walking about outside!

I think the limited supply was due to the afternoon hour.Sadly my Chai was not good. I have no idea why. I think I'm used to it being sweeter. It's a good place to sit and chat or work, and most of the tables inside had people on laptops or their phones. I sat outside, and all those tables were open.Parking is a huge pain.
Amazing local coffee shop. Employees are so friendly and know so many locals by name. You feel like you're in your own home when you come here! Great food even better coffee.Food: 5/5
