“The best Thai in town in an unpretentious setting. This place truly has a great variety of thai dishes, and having gone there several times with my extended family (sister has home near San Diego), I can attest the that different dishes have unique flavors and are not just the same flavor with different vegetables, as in some places. Don't be put off by the surroundings<br/ <br/ This restaurant certainly needs some TLC, the decor is worn and tired-looking. However, if you can get past that, the food is definitely worth it. I would recommend the coconut shrimp and chicken pad thai. Service was fast and friendly.
Best Thai I've ever had!. We were the only couple in the restaurant and we simply couldn't understand how there wasn't a line around the block for this place! Absolutley delicious and fresh authentic Thai. If you like things spicy this is the place for you!
On time for the lunch crowd. This is the second thai restaurant I've eaten at in the Gaslamp. This is the best!! The red curry with tofu was really great, lots of coconut milk taste. I'd have preffered they used more basil, but the tofu was just the right consistency. Thai iced tea is some of the best I've had, and it wasn't through-the-roof expensive like some places in the Gaslamp quarter. I'll be calling for takeout again.
Authentic and delicious!. Loved this place, it was close to our hotel and the place was always buzzing with people when we walk by so we had to try it before we left. We had the green curry with chicken which was one of the best take on the dish that I have tried, tom yum gong soup with shrimp and also seafood mix. For dessert we had the mango with sticky rice which definitely hit the spot to end the meal : overall a great place for thai food and reasonably priced with good portions :

I do not understand why this restaurant is not listed on many of the hotel restaurant lists, unless they want to keep it a local secret! It is across from Panera and near the Baja Fresh on Broadway circle just north of the Horton plaza.
