Tender Greens - San Diego

I enjoyed a delicious Cobb salad. My son-in-law ordered a steak with two sides for just $13-14, and it was excellent as well! The prices were great, and the food was incredibly tasty. The restaurant was also very clean and cozy. Highly recommend!

Tender Greens is an excellent spot for a quick lunch or a fulfilling dinner. The menu offers a wide variety of healthy choices, including bowls, plates, beverages, and even desserts. With its cozy and casual ambiance, the restaurant is also conveniently situated in the heart of downtown.

We found it to be a convenient and healthy choice for our family of four, including our two young kids. The kids' plate came with a generous serving of healthy food that our children really enjoyed. My husband and I ordered steak accompanied by vegetables and salads, and the portions were satisfying. While it is a bit on the expensive side for a cafeteria-style dining experience, being in downtown makes it understandable. Overall, it was a great experience for us, and the staff appeared to genuinely enjoy their work. They were friendly and attentive, which added to our pleasant visit.

I ordered a plate with salmon, roasted veggies, and salad. I really enjoyed all of it! The salmon was cooked perfectly… so tender and buttery. It’s hard to find a well cooked piece of quality salmon. Overall it’s a little pricy, but everything is delicious and healthy. The interior has a great vibe too!
