I felt thirsty in 99 ranch market so went to get a drink and I love limeade drinks! They’ll forever be my favorite beverage in this world. So I purchased the sparkling limeade from Saigon5 and it reminded me of Braums limeades. Phenomenal nearly a perfect balance of carbonation with some lime. -YUM View all feedback.

Service was very friendly, but I should have listened to my spidey senses when I asked a question about the noodles in Vietnamese and they responded with confused looks (they did not speak Vietnamese). After paying $13 for a bowl of filet mignon pho, I didn 't expect the bowl to be so measly. It was 4 5 pieces of meat and so few noodles that when you stir it around, you see the bottom of your bowl. The person behind the counter is very friendly and attentive to your order needs. The place is located in a food court and is clean. The food here is very good and generous portion for Pho. My favorite were the buns, they were 10/10!
This is the best pho around. Awesome flavor, prepared perfectly every time I visit. Perfect lunch for one, sign me up!
This place is so good! The lady behind the counter is always so nice and remembers what we usually order. Food is excellent and I usually get the bun with bbq pork or imperial rolls and peanut sauce instead of fish sauce. Cute little place w amazing food! Next time you're in 99 Ranch on balboa he sure to stop by!
