What User doesn't like about Roberto's Taco Shop Ocean Beach:
This was my favorite place to go for cheap mexican food, but 2 stars for less than 50/50 chance they get the order right. Drive thru Menu is wrong, you expect one thing, they make it differently. You can repeat the order all you want, they don't hear it right anyways with their sound system and never repeating the order back like every single other place to order food. View all feedback.

I got a fish taco, and it was probably one of the best I've had. My wife got a chicken quesadilla, and it was good too.Food: 5/5
Paid 3 different times for extra cheese and never got it. Then they argue with me when I tell them about it. Then 5 different people got their food before I did, and I was there first. Disrespectful and rude workers that don't want you to come back. Had to find a new taco shop. Never giving my money to them again. You want to be treated like your money doesn't matter,go here and get ripped off!!!
Charging for a meal I did not order, check your receipts! The lady working as cashier has a major attitude. Showed her the mistake SHE made, nothing but bad attitude. Refunded me cash, not to my card. Still, gave me wrong tortillas. Won’t be back for awhile. Normally really good service, she makes it a horrible place to go. Plenty of other choices around that appreciate customers.
