Robeks Fresh Juices Smoothies

Ordered 2 smoothies, avocado toast, and an açaí bowl. Food was average but smoothies were not good. We could only taste the juice none of the fruit, extremely bland. We asked kindly if they did refunds and after trying to avoid answering he said we could leave our information and he would have the manager contact us, so we did and gave the drinks back.We were never contacted so we went back into the store today (5 days later) and asked for a manager, and they direct my attention to the same guy as before!? So we told him we were never contacted and all he said was that he will talk to him again about it and he will reach out….We will most likely have to just try and dispute the payment through the bank.Just horrible customer service and much better smoothie places around. Will never come back.

I used to like coming here for their awesome smoothies and wellness shots, particularly this location because it is the closest Robeks to my family. I have always had an amazing experience with the employees here, especially Callia. I noticed that I have not seen her since last Sunday. I'm not sure what happened but Robeks needs to bring her back because she's been a valuable asset to this location. She exemplifies top notch customer service and has always made us feel welcomed and satisfied with everything we've ordered. My rating is explained as follows: 5 Stars to Callia for customer service and amazing overall store experience every time we're there. 2 Stars to Robeks. I'm not sure what is the reason, but would like to see Callia more again.

I am a regular at this location and I just love coming here for many reasons. First of all, the customer service is always outstanding. No matter what day and time I may come in, they always have the most friendliest and most efficient workers I have come across in a very long time. That says a lot about the management here. Being a regular, they always seem to have a way to make me feel special and important to their business. Even some of the different employees I don't usually come in contact with normally, already know my order and address me by name. That speaks volumes. The store is always spotless and they are always so quick to get orders out. I have tried a couple of other Robek's locations, but they did not compare at all to the one here in Mira Mesa. Amazing Experience! Came in today for a Queen of All Greens and the service was incredible. I am not sure of all there names but I caught a few. Jennifer, Bella, and CJ were incredible to me this morning. They made me feel welcome especially since I just found out they reopened!! Will definitely be coming back, Thank you Robeks!!

Francesco,Sebastian, C.J, and Lucy has been the best crew working at Robeks. They were so helpful with my order. Customer service was through the roof. Definitely coming back to this location because of the team!
