Paradise Yogurt - San Diego

Horrible customer service. We came in and there were a good 3 customers before us that we’re all annoyed with the service as well. When we got to ordering they were rushing us even though it was our first time there. I wanted a hurricane which is blended ice cream and my toppings to be placed on top instead of blended (a simple request) they said they couldn’t do that even though their was no reason that they couldn’t. The lady talking our order huffed and puffed and smacked her textbook down on the table as if she was the one being annoyed. I will never be back again, our day was going great until we came to get frozen yogurt here. Horrible staff, horrible experience. Would not recommend.

Didn't seem extremely friendly but the drink I ordered was great

The staff is very friendly! It was fast and I liked their menu. I got an acai bowl that was loaded with fruit.

Delicious, fun flavors, inexpensive, and a way to hit that sweet tooth without all the sugar/calories (I mean, if you don't add a bunch of toppings LOL)!They also actually stay open as late as they say. No sneaky 10min early closing which has saved my intense late evening cravings from disappointment more than once. ; 1 star down because it does taste processed/a little fake in flavor sometimes. Still a go to in our life, artificial strawberry or not. ;

OBSESSED with their açaí bowls!!! No kidding I get one at least once a week. They actually blend the Açaí there from purée and it is not overly sweet at all. The bowls are generously portioned, come layered with frozen yogurt, and are topped with tons of fresh fruit, honey and oats. Plus their peanut butter sauce is to die for OMG.And this is also a great place to come for FroYo, they've got different flavors every day and I love the different options of low-calorie and vegan flavors too. Plus they've got a mini size which is usually what I order and it is plenty for a snack. The mini size is 6 ounces! They've got a lot of good flavors but I really enjoy when they have a chocolate/cappuccino swirl option, the toasted coconut topping just puts it over the edge.Another really cool thing about this spot is the book exchange they have for their patrons. It's like going to the library kind of. Bring a book you are done with and exchange it for something new.
