What User doesn't like about Kelvin:
The service was excellent, and since it was early in the evening around 6 PM, the restaurant was quite quiet. The veggie risotto was decent, while the salmon was enjoyable. It was surprisingly calm for a downtown San Diego business district on a Friday night. It's a suitable option for a hotel restaurant, but the prices are on the higher side, just like you'd expect from one. View all feedback. What User likes about Kelvin:
This is our second time in the restaurant and third time at this location. We found eating in the restaurant is much better than the lounge area. Even though there are only a few selections on the menu we found everything we tried was excellent. The music in both locations was quirky, but not too loud in the restaurant while we dined compared to the lounge area. View all feedback.
