Jack In The Box - San Diego

The food and atmosphere were excellent, and I appreciated the customer service.

This was easily the worst experience I've ever had at a Jack-in-the-Box. My friend Zippy and I stopped by for a snack, and I ordered four tacos and a water. It took ages to get the water. When the tacos finally arrived, they were cold and didn’t have any cheese. I returned to the counter to request fresh ones, and then the person working the fryer started arguing with me in Spanish about the tacos not coming with cheese. I told him in Spanish that he should go back to orientation and learn the menu better. He also clearly needed some customer service training because his attitude was unacceptable. I was so put off that I didn't want to watch him make my new tacos; I was worried he might do something unpleasant to them. He came back to confront me, visibly furious and seemingly ready to cause physical harm. Eventually, I did receive a new order and was able to eat, but the overall experience was just terrible.

We placed our order in advance, and this was our first visit to Jack in the Box. Everyone really enjoyed their meals.

Just bought a combo #7.. I said no mustard or ketchup! The cashier tells the cook that he missed up in spanish assuming I wouldn't understand. Gives it to the cook and three seconds later ask him no ketchup or mustard right? And the cook repliedyes.. I got home and there was mustard and ketchup smeared inside.. meaning they probably got a napkin and wiped it off orhopefully they had common sense to use spatula. Either way this place is incompetent this was the third time I've ordered theultimate bacon burger and let's get it wrong every time. Prior to this there's no bacon twice. I am done with thisestablishment! Please check your food before driving away these people are working there for a reason.

Dirty, dirty, dirty! Myself and another customer had to clean dining area just so we could sit down eat. Gross!
