Fun ambiance and great food and service. Came here with a small friend group and had a wonderful evening. Fair warning drinkers: no liquor, so the cocktails are sake based. We mainly drank sake anyway though so didn't bother us. We had a nice little variety: garlic edamame was flavorful, good. Nigiri/sashimi was super fresh and tasty! What Payeng L doesn't like about Infusion Sushi Lounge:
5 of us came here to have dinner before hitting the bars. It was about a 45 min wait so we put our names down and went around the corner for drinks to wait for our table. Our waitress was very nice and was able to recommend a few things. The fish on the sushi rolls were fresh however the taste overall was just okay for how expensive the rolls were and the sushi would fall apart when you picked them up with chopsticks... It was so good; I went two days in a row!! I wanted some great sushi and Full Moon did not disappoint. Both days Chef's choice, the spicy garlic edamame and as so good we order a second one both days. I took a different set of friends the second day and the waiter was so kind to me. The service was friendly and informed. The ambience was lively, you can certainly dress up or come casual. I rated it in my top 5 sushi restaurants visited to date, which says a lot. Hands down much better value over some fancier sushi places. I chose Full Moon over Nobu, where I have been many times.
Had a show at the civic so decided to have dinner here beforehand. The reservation was right when they opened so the place was not busy. Our waiter was nice and explained the menu to us. It was a good sized restaurant with two different sushi bars and table seating on the back wall. I will say the music was a bit much. It was techno thumping and I mean thumping) and it was a bit loud. The bass was def working. The food was good but the rolls were a bit smaller. We also ordered one of the sashimi platters $100) and it was pretty good. One of the fish can't remember which one) had kind of a strong fishy smell and it was not my favorite but the salmon was on point and the rest of the fish were very fresh and tasty. We ordered 3 rolls on top of that and that helped fill us up. Harvest moon nice and fresh with a cucumber wrap. Milky Way ordered this twice) the waiter said this was the most popular roll. It was pretty delicious. This roll is a bit more decadent and the salmon was so delicate and flavorful. I would recommend trying it and seeing for yourself.
I love their fusion rolls- definitely not traditional rolls you'd see in Japan- However you gotta love their creativity and combining delicious ingredients from all over the world to create tasty rolls is simply an amazing art I enjoyed coming here; only had rolls this time but cannot wait to try their specials and nigiri next time
Came here on a busy Wednesday evening. I was lucky to get a seat at that point but service overall was pretty good for how busy they were that evening. Sushi was good and overall ambiance was nice. I kept watching the sushi chefs do their magic it's actually pretty neat watching them do what they do best! Would definitely come back!

The spicy tuna crispy rice was our favorite and we had to get a second order-SO GOOD.
