I saw that Fort Oak has an Oyster happy hour on Mondays so I really wanted to try it out. We sat outside which was comfortable since there are plenty of heaters. We had a couple dozen oysters (very delicious) and then also the tuna tartare which was probably one of my top favorite tartares ever. I arrived early and was promptly seated without any hassle. The server was fantastic—patient, kind, and attentive. The scallops were fresh, and the oysters were excellent. The ham was light and cooked to perfection. As for the pasta, I found it enjoyable but felt it could have used more texture.
