Filiberto's Mexican Food - San Diego

I wasn't impressed with the carne asada burrito. The highlight for me was the delicious tortilla, but the meat tasted like it had been stewed. The red salsa was lacking in flavor, only providing heat. At $9, the burrito was priced average. I don't think I'll be returning, but if I do, I'll try something different next time. On the plus side, the staff were friendly.

I was disappointed with the lack of manners and customer service provided by the new staff at this restaurant. It is important for the customer service experience to be consistent across all employees. Fortunately, this does not appear to impact the quality of the food, but it does affect the overall enjoyment of the dining experience.

They charge an extra dollar if you are paying with card. Bean and cheese burrito is pretty good.Food: 4/5

Ordered a special and it did not look like the picture. Also was given lame excuses and an inconvenience. I was argued with for no guacamole on my rolled tacos. There's guac in the picture... Been going here for 4 years and this was the last time. Stick to Los Panchos on friars rd! They're really nice there and the music is good.Food: 1/5

Good food. But I Won’t come back due to the $1 fee to use debit card. Such a shame. Pure greed.
