Chipotle Mexican Grill - San Diego

The burritos and bowls here are outstanding, prepared fresh to order similar to Subway, but with a Mexican-American twist. My friend and I often opt for a double-wrapped burrito that we share. We enjoy dining here because it's affordable and a healthier alternative to other fast food choices.

I’m currently serving on jury duty and needed a convenient place to grab a bite near the courthouse. Since I’m a big fan of Chipotle, it was an easy choice for me. It was lunchtime and the staff was quite busy, but they managed to handle the rush well. Although they didn’t have fresh veggies available, they kindly provided some in a side cup, which worked perfectly for me.

I'm here today Sunday and it has neen my worst experience. The attendants like a robots , No smiles seem so unhappy to be there. seem she was in a daze, serve or dump spoon to plate very sloppy she droop food around serving area. Not like how nicethe plate looks before serve smaller portions too. Good cold and the meat had fat. What a waste of money the only good thingwe're the ships.

This is our go to Chipotle and honestly we couldn't be happier. For whatever reason this location tastes better than most. The guacamole is always tasty and their burritos are super juicy and oh-so plump. They also always get our orders correct when webuy through their app. Today I tried their latest limited time only meat, Garlic Guajillo Steak (this replaced their amazingpollo asado). Crazy tender with a nice well marinated chili flavor. It was on the spicy side but not sure it was just me sinceI've been in Spain for the last 2 weeks, no spicy food there. Anyways, give it a try, it's tasty!

Chipotle is my favorite restaurant because they always serve delicious, flavorful food. However, today my experience with customer service fell short. I was introducing a friend to the place and wanted her to try some of the food. When we ordered two single tacos (made with the tortillas on the side), the staff informed us that they were not supposed to do that. This was surprising, as I had recently seen TikTok videos showing tacos prepared in that manner. I felt embarrassed in front of my friend due to the disagreement among the staff over this issue.
