I ordered the ribeye between medium-rare and medium , hoping I wouldn 't come across as difficult. She smiled and said I know just what you mean, and it came out perfectly. I could go on and on, just take my word, please! All of the other waitstaff were equally great. Good cocktails and dessert, too.
