Tosca maintains an old San Francisco vibe. Somewhat dark inside, but great energy and super comfortable. Everthing we tasted on the smallish menu was well executed. Service was great...attention to detail was evident. Overall, a nice experience. View all feedback.

My friend and I came here for dinner and had such a great time. Everything from the ambience, food and service was phenomenal. Our server Angel, was knowledgeable, personal and ensured that our culinary experience was excellent. I would certainly recommend Tosca Cafe, its a must come and enjoy all the amazing history, vibes, food and great wine and cocktails it has to offer. We will come back soon and hope to have Angel as our server.
Nice, beautiful restaurants. Warm and buzzy. The salad with fried peppers was tasteful. We have three different pastas to share with three people. Portions were a bit small, but it is worth how delicious it was all! I cannot recommend the mushroom gnocchi enough!
