Contribute FeedbackThirsty Bear is a popular spot known for its good beer selection and attentive service. While some patrons weren't thrilled with the food, others found the paella to be quite tasty despite some minor imperfections. The vegetarian paella received mixed reviews, with some preferring the non-vegetarian version. The atmosphere is described as great, with excellent staff and delicious tapas. The variety of beers available was a highlight for many, though some felt the food menu could use improvement. Overall, Thirsty Bear seems to be a hit among beer enthusiasts and those looking for a relaxed dining experience.
My husband and I had a great meal at Thirsty Bear for my birthday. We asked for and got seated in a non-crowded quiet area of the restaurant. Everyone was friendly and the waitress was excellent in explaining the food and beer options. We tried a variety of beers and tapas. The portions were ample and the food was very good. We ate only vegetarian (potato dish, squash dish and flatbread) so cannot comment on any meat dishes. We had leftovers, which was packed up for a nice meal. For dessert we had the chocolate molten cake which was so so good. I am a chocoholic. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and will go back there again.
Great environment and the staff was excellent and very understanding. The food was delicious and service timing, . My second visit and I’m planning another one soon.
Great craft beers. Tapas and paella were very good. Good service.
Variety of tapas was limited and service was so-so.
The food was super yummy! The service staff was subpar, except for the poor expeditor who was running around like crazy to make up for the waitress
