You can e... read more Had a wait 1 hr), which is expected at a NICE place to eat. They have plenty to do for the kids and adults while you wait billiards and arcade games). You can even have an adult beverage while you wait as well. The staff was extremely friendly. Their knowledge of the food was on point and her suggestions were great. Appetizers and main course was delicious. House salads are really fresh. I had a party of 9 and our bill came to $160.00 with tip and that is because of all the EXTRAS double meat on main course, double appetizers, extra salads) we ordered. Over all the experience was phoenomenal!

We h... read more Well let me start off first by saying to each their own. This review is long overdue since we had our wedding reception one month ago on February 18, 2017. We have been meaning to write a review but also wanted to include pictures. We spoke to the manager Laura and she informed us of the banquet menu which had very reasonable pricing, a great selection and which rooms that we could use (there are two) one room is completely private and the other semi-private other guests can see you. Laura was very understanding and helpful as well as the staff who would direct my call to her. We booked the private room which was able to hold approx. 100 or so guests. Since no one booked that room the night before we were able to decorate it as we pleased, bring a speaker in for music, and also come in through the side door since I had my wedding dress and my husband had tux. All other guests were able to leave out the door as well but enter through the main lobby. Overall the food was great! as well as the service and Laura made us feel welcome and the staff were very attentive. We had about 14 adults and 7 kids and everything worked out perfectly. We couldn't be happier and were very glad we went with Spaghetti warehouse. Thank you to Laura and the other managers who were on call and to all the staff for being on top of their game in helping us and making sure we had everything we needed. The portions are huge, so bring your appetite or you'll be toting a lot of your food home. You get a lot of bang for your buck here.

Don’t waste your time and money here. My husband and I took our two children here to celebrate our son’s birthday. To start, they did not have our reservation and we showed them our open table confirmation and the manager said their reservation list must not have been updated today but they would seat us anyway. The restaurant was not full or even crowded. We had to wait 20 minutes to even be greeted by our waiter, plus another 15 minutes to get any beverages followed by our requests for silverware which I ended up having to go grab from another table. Our food took at least an hour to get out to us, we never got refills, our waiter got my husbands order wrong, my daughters bowl wasn’t clean...the list goes on. When I spoke to the waiter and manager they could have cared less. They comped $5 off of our bill. What a joke.
