The waitress w... read more There is an extensive menu and the pho dish I ordered had no flavor, and on top of that they had AC at full blast so my soup was cold in seconds. The waitress was great but other than that no bueno!!

Their vegan food is hearty and comforting but while dining inside I was sadly disappointed by their excessive use of disposable utensils and plastic, paper containers. I understand it's for COVID purposes but I think it's time to bring back that enhanced dine in experience without so much disposal waste. We'll definitely be back though.

I've been a customer since 2013 and this location was always hit or miss. Usually always ordered the same dishes and they would be either good or just meh. However thelast two times I've ordered from doordash the food came from this location and it's been really bad. I got pad Thai that has nosauce and barely any other ingredients, just noodles. My roommates food was the same. No sauce! No flavor! Reading some of theother reviews here and on Yelp and it's seems to be an ongoing thing. The owner must not read these because it seems nothing haschanged for the better. I wish you could pick what location your food comes from on doordash. If you want the good Sipz avoidthis location.

They were clearly understaffed and he was clearly struggling but still did a great job. We ordered some sushi rolls but they weremediocre. One set was too spicy, the other one just plain. We will perhaps give this place another chance in the future but asof now there are certainly better vegan places in San Diego.
