I had the nigiri omakase twice while staying in Noe for a week. I've become a sushi snob over many years, and their selection for nigiri was one of the best sushi meals I've ever had. No need to dip your sushi in soy here. Everything is perfectly seasoned and balanced. I especially enjoyed sitting at the bar the first night because the chef would prepare and serve each piece as I finished the previous piece. It made... View all feedback.
