While the food is generally good, with standout items like the grilled redfish, some classic dishes have been removed. The service is consistent, but the noise level in the restaurant can be overwhelming. However, the restaurant still maintains a loyal following due to its excellent food, friendly service, and unique ambiance. The selection of wine is top-notch, and dishes like salted grilled prawns and wild salmon are highly recommended. Overall, Saltwater Grill offers a dining experience that is worth returning for, despite some minor drawbacks.
Stellar food, stellar service, warm friendly staff welcome them at the moment when they enter, portions are large, it is shady, all that we tried was unique and tasty, I recommend the place for anyone who likes to step back and have a great meal with a nice talk.
On my second visit to san francisco we stopped from this restaurant and I must say that I was surprised with the quality and taste of the food, modern and comfortable atmosphere and a cohesive staff, there is a stockplate option. many flavors in all directions, they try to book one of their tables, which sees the whole kitchen, wine list not a big, but again good quality, go there, eat them there, drink them there, all the things. prost!
My second time in a month in here. Such a nice place, friendly staff, love the different dips and spreads, the trio appetizer plate is great to share for a starter, their falafel is gluten free, I had the low Carb BBQ lamb on top of salad and some crumbled Feta cheese, it was amazing, you don’t feel heavy after, the right amount for me, my friend went for the Prawn Brochettes over saffron rice and salads, I don’t eat shell fish but when prawn entree came to the table it smelled amazing, to finish the meal we had pistachio baklava and walnut baklava both are good. thank you Elena for the lovely treat.
Best hummus I've ever had. Met a friend for lunch last week and it was amazing. The food was wonderful (she had falafel and I had salmon. Everything was delicious. And the people who own or run the place were lovely. We had such a great lunch on a kind of slow day for them. Will go back just for that hummus!
