I was able to make a reservation on OpenTable and received confirmation, but upon arriving at the restaurant on New Year's Eve, I found it closed. Due to the holiday, it was challenging to find another restaurant open and able to accommodate a party of 6. The last-minute change was stressful and caused inconvenience for our night.

I then tried my reservation on opentable that I could not because this app already thought I was fed to the sabrosa. this app told me to call sabrosa and they didn't answer. terrible experience/no restaurants for reservations open 8pm on Friday

I made a reservation through OpenTable, which was confirmed, but when my party of six arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. This unexpected closure caused a lot of stress and inconvenience as we struggled to find another restaurant that was open and could accommodate us on such a special occasion.

I attempted to cancel my reservation on OpenTable, but encountered difficulties as the app already marked me as dining at Sabrosa. Despite trying to contact the restaurant, I was unable to make any changes. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I found it frustrating that there were no other restaurants available for reservations at 8pm on a Friday.
