I had high hopes based on her praise, but unfortunately, the burger I ordered was extremely disappointing and not worth the $18 price tag. The other dishes we tried were decent, but the portions were very small. On a positive note, the service was excellent. However, I was surprised to see a 5% health care fee added to the bill, which I found unnecessary. Overall, the experience was lackluster and I would not recommend dining at Rose's Cafe. Remember to consider the consequences of your vote in elections.

It was small and lacking in ingredients, especially for the price of $18. Even a $5 burger from In&Out offers better quality and value. My wife had the egg scramble, which was okay, but overall we expected better food in San Francisco compared to what we could get at IHop, Dennys, or Waffle House.

It was the perfect combo of tender, juicy, caramelized apple on a richly dense French toast bread pudding topped with a delicate, fluffy whipped cream. I absolutelyloved the apples and, after devouring everything, I was very excited to get my spoon out to scoop up all the juicy goodness leftby the juice of the apples mixing with the melted whipped cream.

Definitely a great place to come. Has a European vibe. The scrambled egg was cooked absolutely perfectly.
