Ristobar - San Andreas

The new Sunday lunch menu is fantastic. The salad is very fresh, and the spaghetti with clams is amazing, with a delicious sauce.

I tried the papardelle with mushrooms and sausage, as well as the tagliatelle bolognese. I would have liked them to be more al dente. The octopus wasn't as tender as my last visit, but the olives in the dish were exceptional. I usually don't like olives in my food, but this time I wished there were more. The service was excellent and I can overlook the food not being perfect because the ambiance is so delightful. I will definitely return to keep trying all of their pasta dishes.

Last night, we were fortunate to have an amazing waiter at the restaurant. He offered us wine samples to try before ordering and provided detailed information about the menu items. He was extremely patient in answering all of my questions. The atmosphere was fantastic, and I am so happy we chose to dine here.

I know most of the restaurants in this part of town pretty well, but I had never been to Ristobar. It was EXCELLENT! Authentic Italian food, very well prepared. Excellent service. Great ambience. Go for it!

Amazing food and exceptional service. Even the salad dressing was conversation worthy.
