Was Neal C at Metro Caffe a mag?
I've visited this place several times and the cheesesteaks are consistently good. The cheese tots are excellent as well, and I suggest ordering the large size since it's just one extra dollar for a significantly larger portion. My only complaints are that onions and peppers aren't included with every cheesesteak by default, and I've had a couple of instances where the cheesesteak was a bit dry. View all feedback.

I am pretty sure this place gave me food poisoning : but the tater tots were good. I got a cheeseburger and I think that is what did it. Hopefully it was just an off day for them View all feedback.
My gf and I have been living around the corner from Metro Cafe for 2 years. Omar and his staff have never disappointed, dishing out quality food at a great price! The burgers, hoagies, hotdogs, fries, and jalapeño poppers are among some of our favorites. Dont hesitate to try out this spot!
Outstanding! Best burgers in San Fran... Only beat by the best onion rings in the Bay Area Can't be outdone!! Try it, you'll love it.

If there is below zero customer service I would give it to this, you guys should improve your service and your food too, not worth it to try it in a city like San Francisco that has tremendous of restaurants that offers way better high quality food and services. ?????
Service here was pretty terrible. They were unfriendly at the point of sale. After I had traveled to get there because they were listed as open until 10, I pay at 8:35 assuming I can sit down to enjoy my food and then the guy informs me that they have to close early at 9. Would have been nice to know *before* I paid. And they could have taken 5 minutes out of their day to post an update to their hours to avoid inconveniencing people. The food was OK though.
