While some dishes like the mezzes and salads may not be up to par, the entrees like the kebabs and brain appetizer stand out. The ambiance is inviting, perfect for a romantic dinner or gathering with friends and family, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Prices may be on the higher side for some, but the food quality makes up for it. With a pleasant atmosphere and great service, Maykadeh is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in Persian cuisine.
We really like the food here. Especially the brain appetizer is really good, we come here specifically to eat that. All items in the menu are good, we tried most of it as we came here multiple times. The atmosphere is not high end or anything, the food really makes up for it all.Food: 5/5
I recently dined here again for lunch with two friends. from the moment your rep inside you are greeted with warm and inviting decor that sets the tone for an enjoyable meal. The ambiance in cozy and intimate making it perfect for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends n family. One of Standout dishes for me are their kebabs. Whether you choose the juicy n tender lamb kebabs or the succulent chicken kebabs each bite is a burst of smoky goodness. Perfectly seasoned n grilled to perfection. Another is their rice I don’t know how they get that rice perfect every time am there! The staff is friendly, attentive n knowledgeable about the menu. They are more than happy to provide recommendations based on your preferences n dietary restrictions.Overall my experience at Maykadeh has always been short of exceptional. The combination of delicious food, inviting ambiance and great service makes it a must visit for anyone looking to indulge in Persian cuisine.
We ate in this restaurant during our visit to San Francisco. Definitely not recommended! Low quality food for the price.
Their food is really delicious, no complaint about that. Prices are really high though! It doesn't make sense to be honest! And the decoration of the restaurant could be way better.Food: 5/5
We dined at Meykadeh during a busy street fare. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly—and extremely patient with a two-year-old in our group who made a mess!We definitely recommend their ghormeh sabzi and fesenjoon. Their kabobs are great too.
