What Earnestine McLaughlin likes about Le P'tit Laurent:
The above Yes is really a Maybe ..we have gone there for years it is honestly one of our favorite restaurants in San Francisco, but...though on this recent visit the food was outstanding as usual the service was attentive, the noise level was PAINFUL the behavior of a table of young folks out of control...we were sitting NEXT to each other had to shout to one another ro be heard...we are seriously discussing never go... Shrimp pasta dish was not tasty the way we would expect it to be based on frequent past meals at this restaurant. Worse yet the pastry in the profiteroles dessert was very hard (stale) and when we noted it the waiter checked and told us that the person who was responsible for them was not in on Tuesday. When were they fresh? They weren’t last Tuesday. Very disappointing. View all feedback.

read moreA recent visit to Le P'tit Laurent left diners with mixed reviews. While some enjoyed the delicious food, great service, and authentic French cuisine, others were disappointed with the slow service and noisy atmosphere. One diner was let down by lukewarm food and long wait times, while another found the food too sweet. Despite the restaurant's charm and delightful staff, some are hesitant to return due to service issues and loud patrons. Overall, opinions on this French Bistro vary, but those looking for an authentic French dining experience may still find it worth a visit.
