The... read more I hadn't been to a sushi restaurant in a while, but I recently noticed they had outdoor seating. So, I decided to try it out and I was pleasantly surprised. The hostess was polite and seated us right away. The menu had a lot of sake options, which was a nice touch. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and they were all delicious. The standout dish was the special Salmon skin salad, which had crispy and tender meat on a bed of spinach with a balsamic sauce. It was so good that we could have easily ordered another one. The quality of the food was exceptional. If you're in the mood for great sushi, this place is fantastic.

One of the best meals I have ever had, ranking in the top 5. It is worth the extra cost to sit at the sushi bar. Chef Billy was fantastic and taught me a lot about each dish as I enjoyed them. The service was flawless, with manager Jack leading the way. I am already excited for my next visit to this restaurant.
