Brand New!! Baked rice and milk tea and all the chinese traditional plates are still there.
I'm sure the new restaurant is decent but you get 2 stars for pulling that very cruel joke.
Completely remodeled, it looks very nice and clean, with banqette wooden seatingNo breakfast/afternoon tea specialsSoft opening right now.
