India Curry House - San Andreas

We went in to the pub to get a couple of bears. We’re met by bartender Peter that was the nicest and most helpful guy of all time. He gave us the beers we liked and was very informative. It was amazing.

No wait staff, few customers on a Wed night. Two regulars at the bar told us to order from the bartender when he came back which did work out ok.

Myself and my partner were in San Francisco and were craving Indian so we looked online and found this not far from our hotel. From the outside the place looks like a bit of a dive but I would not let this put you off. We ordered our food and within 15 minutes it was at our table. I had chicken tikka masala my partner had a chicken madras. We shared rice, naan chips and it was delicious, on par with one of the best Indians we had both have such good value for money, with drinks the whole bill only came to $55 with tip. Would definitely recommend and would go again

Wow a combination Irish Pub and Indian Curry House is something I thought only existed in my dreams! Although this place can look a little rough around the edges, the food is to die for! Our server, Peter, was very friendly and had good recommendations for beer. We had the masala dosa (amazing) which came with a side of delicious soup, naan, and Navratan Korma (vegetarian). We are outside on the back deck, but there was a bunch of seating inside and some on the front patio.

If you're looking for a massive local SF bar with culture and amazing bartenders, please try this place. You won't be disappointed. Peter behind the bar is an absolute gem, kindest and most helpful guy I've encountered in a while
