They are a pleasure to work with, keep the budget in mind, always arrive on time and fully prepared, clean up impeccably, and most importantly, the food is consistently exciting and delicious. The care and detail taken in set up of the food elevates the experience to be something more than the norm. We talked through details like when to actually place the food in the chaffing dish so it would be fresh with out interrupting an on going meeting. No other catering service has been willing to sweat such details. FOT did! oh AND the food was delicious. We look forward to partnering in the future.
