Today I called to book the patio and the person who answered the phone to... read more I’ve been going to Fable for years. The location works well and fits the neighborhood. Today I called to book the patio and the person who answered the phone to take my booking couldn’t have been more rude unprofessional. Truly, the lack of hospitality caught me off guard. I asked whether the patio is heated and how warm or cold it tends to feel around 7:30pm. He replied with sarcasm, saying he had no way to predict the future and therefore no idea what conditions would be like. Since he did not answer the heating question, I asked again. He repeated the same response about not predicting the future instead of giving a straight answer. I called back and canceled the reservation. Feedback for Fable management. Staff handling phone reservations need patience and basic hospitality training. Guests asking straightforward questions deserve clear, respectful responses. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
