They sure talk up a good game at the table, but failed to deliver. Although my steak was cooked perfectly, it had Zero flavor. We all left our steaks behind and were not interested in taking them home. The servers disappeared and were nowhere to be found. They never brought our dessert and it took about 20 minutes to get our bill.

One entree was served before... read more Previous dinners at this restaurant (the upstairs) were wonderful. However, my visit on September 26, 2024, was less than stellar. One entree was served before the appetizer. O.k. mistakes are made. The pecan crusted brie appetizer was delicious, The second entree arrived and was well done instead of medium rare, which the waitress immediately took back but was taking too long to remake so ended up canceling. The side of truffle parmesan fries were yummy. The waitress tried to better the situation by bringing a pear birrata salad. Pear should have been softer, and the birrata was not warm (not hot) or creamy. Again, I appreciated the waitress trying to help, but I didn 't eat the salad. The third entree was finally served but without the side. Waitress again was very apologetic and was going to bring a side of mashed potatoes that were never served. The waitress was very sorry but at this point we had to call a manager. The manager approached and said there was a miscommunication. Um, not on our part. But offered to comp our drinks but asked who had the salad, mentioned the biratta was cold, and he made it a point to say well it 's a cold salad. OK. The meal was the issue but sure comp our drinks. Thanks, but it was the food that was the problem. Received the bills and noticed the third entrée 's side wasn 't deducted. Questioned that, and it confused our server. The manager came back, brushed off our complaint, and snatched up the bills, saying he would take care of it. That wasn 't the point. We were ready to pay our bill. We weren 't looking for a free meal. We were treated with such disregard and disrespect, it prompted me to post this review. The food and service at Bohanan 's has always been very good. But complain and suddenly you 're treated like crap. Would I recommend this establishment, yes. But do better Bohanan 's when the meal isn 't up to your usual high standards. Sincerest apologies, humility, and taking full responsibility go a long way for patrons who visit every time they are in town.

We had no idea that the bar was separate from the restaurant. We were told it was open seating. Bar was out of alot of food. When we asked about dinner our waitress told us there was no more seating and that you were sold out of chateau brion. Seriously what kind of restaurant runs out of food at 6pm on a friday? A shitty one that is. Bar service was awful. Our appetizer had clearly been left out judging by the state of the cheese. For the kind of money y'all want for dinner, DO BETTER. we left. If we ever make it back here, we won't be back to your restaurant
