Was Tiffany Rogers at Bio a mag?
Awesome food... Had the salmon quiche and gluten free brownie... Both amazing and the quiche was perfectly balanced. Brownie was better the second day (dark chocolate shell softened). You can tell they use sea salt, got a few crystals in my brownie but I like that View all feedback.

Organic, fresh ingredients cooked just like home, French style in the middle of SF, great!

The sweet potato and butternut squash muffins are great! Make sure they're warmed up

I 'accidentally ' stopped in for a snack in the morning on my way to the office. Being new to San Francisco I could have missed it. I 'm glad I didn 't; I fell in love with this place. The food was great I enjoyed everything I tried. Some of the things they sell: lots of baked goods like muffins and bread, quiche, sandwiches, and they have sweets! The kombucha was amazing as well! This is Union Square, San Francisco and I felt like the prices were very reasonable. Everything I had was gluten free (Although I 'm not sensitive to gluten). The icing on the cake was the staff at Bio they made the whole experience complete. If you are in San Francisco, stop at Bio. You 'll be glad you did.

This is a funny spot. While it's not cheap, the prices are extremely fair for what you're getting. The food is interesting, innovative, and they have lots of vegan and gluten-free options (which usually carry a much bigger price tag at other places). The space is a little cramped and the service is hit or miss, but it is definitely worth checking out. I don't love all the flavor profiles, but they do have some serious kombucha, amazing chocolates (try the chocolate covered grapefruit), gluten-free quiche, and great dishes with Brussel sprouts (that can get a bit heavy).
