Ardiana - San Andreas

My first time here, I tried the mushroom pizza. I think it is a nice sized pizza for the price and for the neighorhood. I was a bit disappointed that there were so many caramelized onions under the cheese layer that it formed a wet layer which allowed the cheese and toppings to slide off completely, leaving me with a slice of bread, basically. I will add that the onions were not actually caramelized, just cooked through the difference being that caramelized onions are brownish in color which takes a lot longer to make and leads to a different flavor. The leftovers on the next day were also soggy on the bottom because of the moisture from the onion layer. Though I don't think this was a quality food experience, I'm definitely willing to come by and try more pizzas and I appreciate this restaurant being so close by.

Stopped here for dinner on a recommendation from friends. Awesome tasting pizza and sides! Great service and warm atmosphere. Will come back again.

Last week was the first time we came to that place. But It is definitely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the excellent service, with the exceptional dishes and booze and with the comfortable cost. We will absolutely come back in a short time.

Ardiana is a very cozy neighborhood restaurant. Low key and the food was outstanding. At least what we tried. We got the lentil soup and lasagna. The lentil soup rendition here is unlike anywhere else I have ever been. While initially it felt different, which I then realized was due to turmeric, the soup grew on me with every mouthful and was fantastic. We also go a lasagna to share typically vegetarian lasagnas are lack lustre but this was by far the best lasagna I have ever had. The sauce accompanying it was delicious too. Will definitely visit again.
