Despite the traffic and parking issues, we had to dine at this restaurant because nothing beats a freshly cooked empanada! Like the one I tried in Laoag, the original recipe with cheese added an extra touch. The homemade tea was delicious as well. And we were pleasantly surprised to see that the restaurant has been renovated. Nice!
