They informed my younger siblings that kimchi and fries were unavailable. Additionally, they failed to properly explain that the 6 piece chicken option included 4 pieces of chicken and 2 fillets. It was disappointing. They also tried to justify their mistake instead of admitting it. However, the food was still good. I visited on January 3, 2019.

The wait time for orders is longer than the 15-20 minutes they mention, even when there are only two customers with one order each. One time, my friend finished her meal but I never received my order. Service is very slow.
