The first time, I ordered at the counter and the second time, there was no one there so I sat down, thinking there was no one working. Suddenly, a cockroach crawled next to me on the wall and I was not surprised. The food we ordered on both visits was bland, dry, and cold, including the fries. I don't understand how this is possible when ordering fresh food. It seemed like the food was not fresh and had been taken from the refrigerator, microwaved, and served cold. This happened twice, so we will not be returning.

They informed my younger siblings that kimchi and fries were unavailable. Additionally, they failed to properly explain that the 6 piece chicken option included 4 pieces of chicken and 2 fillets. It was disappointing. They also tried to justify their mistake instead of admitting it. However, the food was still good. I visited on January 3, 2019.
